If I could give less than a star I would as I have had issues on at least 2 occasions with SportClips checkin process which needs improvement as does their checkin and training processes. The most recent visit I had checked in online and gave me about a 45 minute wait with an estimated arrival time. I arrived at the estimated arrival time and was happy to see I was next on the board. I was at the counter and a stylist called my name, I raised my hand, looked at her in the eyes and said I am Kevin. The stylist ignored me and then went on to the next person on the board. At this point I decided to leave as apparently sportsclips doesn't want my business. The first time I had an issue I had was I completed the online check in, arrived to see my name go from second on the board to the bottom of the board. I asked what happened and they said, you must not have checked yourself in-person. I am someone that gets mostly a buzz style cut, this place charges nearly double what i could pay elsewhere.

Online check-in wouldn't work so walked in. Checked in I was number 5 in line with a wait time of 54 min. Waited an hour and watched as the stylist acted as if they were inconvenienced by customers coming in. Made it to on deck in an hour 2 minutes it said. I was getting irritated by the attitude. All the sudden I was number 9 with 34 minutes. That with the bad attitude I just left probably not worth $28. Won'tack to see how the cuts are!

Been coming here for four years getting hair cut every four weeks. Don’t know what’s happened lately but the customer service has gone by the wayside. Spent my haircut today getting to smell cigarette smoke, hear a smoker cough and get a mediocre haircut. Would no longer recommend this place.
