Worst customer service I have ever got getting my hair cut, well wish I would have got it cut, set appoint at 1130ish was long wait so eat time 1243 ok no problem couldn't member girls name to cut my hair so when I walked in I saw her asked if I could have her lady said ya sure, failed to tell me the hour and 10 minutes I already waited was wasted and put me back at 1 hour and 22 minutes. I asked and she said nope. Ok so I'll wait till my turn. So now its 120 and the hair stylist sabrina walked out the place and the other lady is like there she goes to lunch. So screw the customer. So she waited me to wait till 2 for her to get back. This location was went down hill and I will never come here again.

My personal experience with check in online has been horrible, I checked in at house wait time was 36 minutes get to store im told 1.5 hour wait time. My first impression is this branch needs 8 stylists.

If I could give less than a star I would as I have had issues on at least 2 occasions with SportClips checkin process which needs improvement as does their checkin and training processes. The most recent visit I had checked in online and gave me about a 45 minute wait with an estimated arrival time. I arrived at the estimated arrival time and was happy to see I was next on the board. I was at the counter and a stylist called my name, I raised my hand, looked at her in the eyes and said I am Kevin. The stylist ignored me and then went on to the next person on the board. At this point I decided to leave as apparently sportsclips doesn't want my business. The first time I had an issue I had was I completed the online check in, arrived to see my name go from second on the board to the bottom of the board. I asked what happened and they said, you must not have checked yourself in-person. I am someone that gets mostly a buzz style cut, this place charges nearly double what i could pay elsewhere.
