Went in to get a haircut for my son and I. After waiting 40 minutes I was told that they wouldn’t allow my son, who has autism, to sit on my lap. (He's 4) Not only have we done this at nearly every sports clips from Bellingham to Seattle, but we’ve also had his hair cut at this exact location two years earlier multiple times as we lived there, he was lapping it. We tried to see if he could handle it but he’s too scared on the clippers and strangers without sitting on our laps. So we wasted hours of our day and had to go elsewhere. She said this was “policy since she’s worked here” but given her sigh when we asked if she could cut his hair first, she’s probably just full of it and didn’t want to do the haircut. Regardless, this is borderline discrimination via ADA. If a school was to say they wouldn’t provide reasonable accommodation they’d be shut down. These acts prevent business from doing the same. I’ll be reaching out to the regional manager to check the policy and if so have it changed and keep this post as well as local autism support groups we’re involved with posted on my progress.

Worst customer service I have ever got getting my hair cut, well wish I would have got it cut, set appoint at 1130ish was long wait so eat time 1243 ok no problem couldn't member girls name to cut my hair so when I walked in I saw her asked if I could have her lady said ya sure, failed to tell me the hour and 10 minutes I already waited was wasted and put me back at 1 hour and 22 minutes. I asked and she said nope. Ok so I'll wait till my turn. So now its 120 and the hair stylist sabrina walked out the place and the other lady is like there she goes to lunch. So screw the customer. So she waited me to wait till 2 for her to get back. This location was went down hill and I will never come here again.

My personal experience with check in online has been horrible, I checked in at house wait time was 36 minutes get to store im told 1.5 hour wait time. My first impression is this branch needs 8 stylists.
