Great staff and good haircuts. They are understaffed though, and that really should be rectified. The wait times have gotten overly long. For a few months they were closed on Sundays entirely due to staffing issues. The wait time issue wouldn't be an issue really if it weren't for the spotty online check in system. Gotta dock them one star for that. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, half the time it reports a 20 minute wait time and you get there and wait an hour. I've ended up going to the Lake Steven's location multiple times for this very reason. Same quality of haircut, but better staffed, more consistent wait times, and a more functional online check in system.
